About Me

I’m here to help you create meaningful change in your life. My approach is compassionate, adaptable, and focused on you as a whole person, creating a safe space where you feel heard and respected.

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Evidence-based Clinical Hypnotherapy & Mind Body Health Practice (PDHyp) and am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I work with clients in Wallington, Kings Cross, and online, helping them achieve mental and physical wellbeing through tailored treatment plans. I also volunteer as a hypnotherapist in a hospice, offering care and support to those who need it most.

It’s inspiring to see clients harness their inner strength and fulfil their potential, gaining confidence and clarity as they move through their personal journeys.
