Where I Work & Session Details

I work from welcoming therapy rooms in Wallington (south London / Surrey border), Kings Cross (central London) and Wimbledon (South London) and also offer online video appointments, giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for your lifestyle and needs.

You may notice that my sessions are longer than those of some other therapists. This is intentional and centred around you. I believe meaningful change takes time, time to feel comfortable opening up, for me to understand you fully, and to create a therapeutic relationship that forms the foundation for successful outcomes.

​

Your first session can last up to 1 hour and 20 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of your needs, and follow-up sessions last up to 50 minutes.

​

I offer discounts when it is necessary to book more than three sessions in advance.
