Read my article 'Rewiring Fear' in the July 2025 issue of 'Psychologies' magazine.

I’m thrilled to share that my latest article, Rewiring Fear, has been published in the July issue of Psychologies magazine.

This piece explores how hypnotherapy can help gently shift the brain’s response to fear, supporting people with phobias such as fear of flying, spiders, needles or public speaking. Our brains are incredibly adaptive, and with the right support, we can create new, calmer pathways.

Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind to address deep-rooted responses, helping people feel more in control and less overwhelmed. This is some of the most satisfying work I do — not only as a hypnotherapist, but from personal experience too.

The article isn’t available online at the moment, but I’ve shared a few photos of the print pages below so you can take a look. Or you can go to the newsagents and buy your own copy!
