Many people are surprised to learn that hypnotherapy can play a valuable role in hospice and palliative care, offering comfort, calm and emotional support at the end of life. As a hypnotherapist working in a hospice setting, I use gentle, evidence-based techniques to help patients manage anxiety, pain, sleep problems and fear, while also carers and the bereaved.
Hypnotherapy is increasingly recognised as a useful complementary therapy in palliative and end-of-life care, helping people feel more relaxed, more in control and better able to cope with the challenges of serious illness.
I'm thrilled that ehospice has published an article I wrote about hypnotherapy in the hospice setting! You can read more here: Hypnotherapy in Palliative Care – Comfort, Calm and Support When It Matters Most.

Really interesting read, I like how the blog explains the topic in a simple and relatable way without overcomplicating things. Some parts actually made me rethink how I usually approach similar situations, especially the practical examples you included. It feels quite honest and not overly polished, which is refreshing. I’ve seen similar discussions before, but this one connects better somehow. Also, while going through it, I was reminded of platforms like Rapid Assignment Help and how rapid assignment help services can sometimes support students dealing with these exact challenges. Overall, a thoughtful and easy-to-follow post.
